Return and Refund Policy
Order Issues
• Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. Provide a detailed description and photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund.
• Incorrect Address: If an order is undeliverable due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, we cannot offer refunds. Ensure your shipping information is accurate.
Returns and Exchanges
• Made-to-Order Products: Each product is custom-made upon order. Therefore, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse or incorrect sizes. Please refer to our size guides before ordering.
• Size Exchanges: We do not offer size exchanges. Ensure you select the correct size using our provided size charts.
Lost Packages
• Non-Delivery Claims: If your order hasn’t arrived within 30 days of the estimated delivery date, contact us. We will investigate and, if necessary, send a replacement.
